Common questions
Will my progress move to a new iPhone?
Yes. The game saves on your iPhone and in iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on, install Wonder Builder, and your progress comes back. The game's Settings shows whether the last save reached iCloud.
I played on two devices. Which progress wins?
The save with the most lifetime earnings is kept automatically. Purchases from both devices are kept, and so is the higher Reputation.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the game's Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
How do I cancel the Builder's Club or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do I have to watch ads?
Never. Every ad is optional and nothing in the game is locked behind one. The Patron Pass gives you every ad reward without watching and turns off full-screen ads.
An ad didn't load, or I didn't get my reward.
Sometimes no ad is available, especially on a slow connection. You're never charged for that, and you can try again a little later. If you watched to the end and didn't get the reward, email us with the time it happened.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
Go to Settings → Notifications → Wonder Builder on your iPhone, or use the button in the game's Settings.
How do I stop tracking?
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn Wonder Builder off. The game works exactly the same either way. More in our privacy policy.
How do I start over?
Deleting the app removes your progress from this iPhone. The copy in iCloud brings it back if you reinstall with the same Apple Account. If you want a completely fresh start, email us.
